I'm Bianca Boston, a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a mission that goes beyond my credentials. I've been immersed in the world of Speech-Language Pathology since 2015, accumulating over 14 years of invaluable experience in Child Development.

Signs your child needs Speech Therapy...
At 12-15 months your child only makes a few sounds, limited to no gestures (point, wave) and hasn’t said first words yet.
At 18 - 24 months, grunts & points rather than talk, doesn’t often use two-word combos, leaves off ends of words.
At 2-4 years, not putting 2 & 3 word combinations together, says fewer than 50 words, speech often unintelligible.
Having trouble following routine 1 to 2 step directions.
Around 2 to 3 years struggling to play and talk with other children.
At Need Speech PLLC, the Speech Language Pathologist is licensed in the states of the District of Columbia, Maryland & North Carolina and holds national certification with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The therapist holds a master's degree and is credentialed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
